After payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your first Zoom meeting and next step instructions.

The average timeframe for the DFY resume service to be completed is 10 business days. This is largely dependent on the timing of scheduling the two private meetings.

If your timing is more urgent, you can pay an expedited service fee (additional $100).

To request the expedited service:

Service Expiration

Both private meetings (as scheduled by the client) must be completed within 60 days of the purchase date. Otherwise, this product expires and must be re-purchased.

One meeting reschedule is allowed. Notice of need to reschedule must be received within 24 hours of the meeting date/time, otherwise will be considered a "no show" to the meeting.

No-shows to scheduled meetings result in a complete forfeiture of your money. No further services will be provided until additional full payment is received.

As a Career Coach, I understand the importance of trust and privacy in the coaching relationship. I am committed to providing a safe, secure, and confidential environment for all my clients.

1. Safe Space: Our coaching sessions take place in a safe and private virtual environment via Zoom (not recorded). You can speak freely without fear of being overheard or interrupted.

2. Secure Information Handling: All client information, including session notes and personal details, is stored securely and only while actively working on your DFY resume and LinkedIn service. After services are completed, any notes are deleted or shredded.

3. Confidentiality Agreement: As your coach, I am bound by a professional code of ethics that requires maintaining strict confidentiality. I will not disclose any information shared during our sessions without your explicit written consent, except in cases where I am legally obligated to report (e.g., imminent danger to self or others).

4. Limited Exceptions: The only exceptions to confidentiality are those required by law, such as reporting child abuse or responding to a court order. By purchasing this service, you automatically agree to this exception.

5. Client Control: You have control over what information you choose to share during our sessions. You are never obligated to disclose anything you're not comfortable discussing.

6. Secure Communication: All digital communications, including emails and video calls, are conducted through secure platforms to protect your privacy.
